What do our local (Bangalore) treks include?

What do our forest/ city walks include?

What do our outstation treks include?
  1. All meals and accommodation during the trek

  2. In case of Himalayan treks, tents, sleeping bags and mattresses

How do I know I am physically ready for the trek?

Most of our day treks and walk are gentle and doable by anyone who is moderately active. If you can walk 3 km, you can do it. If a trek needs a certain level of fitness, we would specify in the trek details.

The longer treks require some fitness and we can send a plan to help you get ready.
