I understand the inherent risks of the activity in which I am committing to engage, I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity. I will assume financial responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur.
Happifeet is committed to providing a safe environment, free from discrimination on any grounds and from any harassment for all people associated with us i.e participants and organisers. Any measures taken by organisers in regard to unacceptable behaviour of any individual cannot be contested and every participant is expected to comply.
Happifeet reserves the right to terminate the trek at any point if the organisers feel that the behaviour of a trekker is causing harm to themselves or others. In such case the participant will need to make their own arrangements for return etc and Happifeet will not be liable for any expenses incurred.
Happifeet is committed to safeguarding the environment and has a zero tolerance policy for littering. Participants must ensure they maintain a clean and healthy environment.

If children below 18 are registering for the trek, they need to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

For Treks:

7 days before scheduled date: Full refund minus a Rs 100 admin fee.
7-4 days before scheduled date: 50% refund for cancellations done 4 days.
3 days before scheduled date: No refund.
No refund can be claimed in case a participant has to leave the trek earlier to planned itinerary.

For Forest Walks:

3 days before scheduled date: Full refund minus a Rs 100 admin fee.
2-1 days before scheduled date: 50% refund.
No refund for no-shows or in case a participant has to leave the trek earlier to planned itinerary.

You confirm that you will monitor your health for 72 hours before the trek. In case of any COVID-19 related symptoms, you will inform the Happifeet team and withdraw from the trek.

We may cancel a trek at any time, due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external events or if it is not possible for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel a trip you may choose between applying the amounts paid toward an alternative trip (if possible) or receiving a partial refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred.
